I lost my password and don't have access to the email I used anymore

I made an account a couple years ago, but my phone got reset around the start of 2024 and I lost my account. the password never saved and the email I used I don't have access to anymore and I have no way to gain access to it again. I've been trying to remember the password for a year now but no matter what I try it never works. I tried reaching out to TikTok and provided proof that I owned the account but they told me to just "get access to the email again". is there anything I can do?
