Do you think if a person started fresh today (0 followers) using tik tok or you tube to post content, they can still make money or did the wave pass? Those who started in 2020 and weren't afraid to be seen have achieved success/popularity. But today, can the same be achieved?

Absolutely. I’ve seen several girls on YouTube go from zero to 50k+ and make it their full time job in the past year or so
My wife started tiktok 2 months back. She makes about 40 per live right now and that's with US base not being able to really gift. She was on track reaching 10k diamonds per live before the shutdown. We are thinking it will only pick up. When I looked at the graphs as it was increasing it would have been about 20k-25k of it kept up. I think you need to build your community is all.

YouTube maybe, but not tiktok. Tiktok is in it's last days and won't last once the extended grace period. The ban has already been signed and China has said they'll never sell.
