Has Anyone Reached US Audience Without Any Tricks

TikTok has patched the SIM card thingy. So now it’s harder than it used it be.

Has anyone reached US audience without any ticks? Like by just allowing your content to be distributed locally before it starts reaching US audience, if you’re lucky, I guess.

Edit: I want to add that I know it’s probably 100x harder. But I think it’s doable. I have two examples: the Chinese guy who sells neon signs (I am sure you know him) he got like dozens if not hundreds of accounts. Another case is the Palestinians (tho this case is a bit special since it’s a hot topic, etc).
