Used paid promotion for the first time.

Just as my title says, I paid for the cheapest version which was discounted at the time and saw that it would hopefully get me around 1,300 views. My video was on 800 views.

My video has now jumped from 800 to almost 4,000 views in over a day, I didn't expect it to work so well! Is this a normal thing to earn a lot more views than the promo says? I might do it more often then but I still want views organically so I won't be obsessed with it.

What are other people's success stories?

This is the first time I have hit 3k views so for me this was quite exciting.
