When someone blocks you does it block you across all accounts or any further accounts?

I was stalking my old friends on a burner account and I forget to turn profile views off, checked like months later and I think they blocked me. But when I make another account and go to look them up I can’t find their profile anywhere. Weird thing is I can still see one of the girls accounts on my other one so it didn’t completely block me but anytime I make new profile I can’t find them. Can anyone explain this?
