Haven’t been able to follow anyone for around 6 weeks

Maybe it was sometime around the tiktok ban, but every time time a follow someone it never actually lets me follow them, and once i reload their profile it shows that i don’t follow them. I don’t post videos and i only follow around 50 people, so it’s not like i have followed too many people at once or anything. Every time i reach out to support i get the same automated message. Does anyone have any tips on how to fix this or who i can contact to get actual support? thanks
