What's with all the racism against Indians on this app?

Gonna preface this by saying I'm not Indian so I don't know if other apps have this problem, but TikTok seems to push this sort of content a LOT more.

I love Indian food, so of course I look for Indian recipes. That seems to have flooded my FYP with "Indian Street Food" content, which is mainly just the most exaggerated examples of poor hygiene in India.

These videos are flooded with some of the most vile comments about Indian people, their food and their culture. Not to mention that almost every video treats these occurrences as if all Indian food, even in the states, is like this.

What's up with that? It's weirdly disturbing for a supposedly "liberal" app like tiktok to be so racist.
