Tiktok support “plat docking is not enabled”

My account was suspended because I supposedly do not meet the age requirement (Im 21 years old). I tried contacting Tiktok support, whenever I press submit an error pops up saying “plat docking is not enabled.” So basically I got my account wrongfully suspended and now I cant even contact support. Is there a way to fix this issue?
