How to contact them

Last week Tiktok took down a video of me playing fetch with my dog because it violated community standards ever since then everytime i post or comment they immediately strike it down and remove it then I appeal and the appeal is instantly denied.

Is there any way to contact them to tell them to find someone else to play games with. And how many strikes to you get before they ban your account? They clearly have an AI censor swiping my account. This is pathetic.
