Problem changing region

So I want to change my cluntry region to Spain because I'm Spanish and I want to target that region. I live in UK so automatically it putted UK as my region when I made the account. Now, when I go to change region country there's only few options, none of them Spain. I'm using a VPN so tik tok thinks I'm in Spain but didn't work.
