They are a company with the right to censor as they see fit. There’s no first amendment rights on social media. That said, TikTok’s policies are absurd. But it’s their right to be absurd

Removing your posts from a private app isn't a crime.

This video kind of highlights one of by biggest issues with tiktok... its full of people who -think- they know things but ultimately just spread misinformation.

But aside from that... maybe its just too late in the day, but wtf is this woman talking about? If your comments are being taken down for violating tiktok terms of service , you should go in and record yourself appealing those , make a video and post it on youtube, and then send a document with the video links to the FBI etc. ? How does tiktok taking your comments down constitute aiding and abetting hate crimes/stalking/harassment/etc???
