Favorited aren’t working after the ban?

I still have all my previous favorites- but anything I favorite now won’t save. It will say it’s been saved but won’t show up into my favorites. As well, I cannot make any collections. Anyone deal w this issue or know how to fix it? Anytime I look it up it shows stuff pre-ban and I feel this is explicitly related to the ban and smth Tik tok has done
