Genuine Question: Did I Accidentally Make Religious Content??

So this is just a 5-second clip of a guy with a giant dirty hand crying in a shopping mall, made with Midjourney and Kling. I make lots of weirdcore AI content for fun, and thought nothing of this at the time of creation..

It randomly went semi-viral with 300k views, and 95% of likes, follows, and comments seem to be people from middle-eastern countries; with all of the comments being some variation of “AMEN” with praying emojis, or like “GOD HEAL HIM” etc.. this has been going on for a week straight.

Does anyone have any idea if I accidentally tapped into some sort of religious niche?? Why is every interaction with this specific clip religious??
