How is TikTok work culture

Just got a job offer from TikTok with 20% raise. I'm currently at google. Will be joining their SJ office. Wondering if it is worth joining them for this raise and intense work culture which I have heard. So would appreciate insights from folks who work there. I will be joining a product team working on privacy and responsibility
