Following list not loading and can’t follow suggested accounts?

Came back to TikTok with a fresh account the other day and immediately started following all the accounts I like, after a certain point it wouldn’t let me anymore so I figured I reached a limit or something but it’s been over 24 hours now and my following list wont load and I can only follow accounts off my FYP but not any suggested friends/accounts?

Anyone might know what’s up with that? Thanks in advance.
