Hacked by a TikTok shop

I was very disheartened to see that my page was hacked and stolen recently by this TikTok shop and TikTok refuses to do anything. They even still have my business website and Instagram @ kirakiragemz is connected and refuse to answer me. Myself and many others were victims of this incident as well yesterday, TikTok has yet to respond with a solution. I’ve contacted them several times and reported this page yet it says that they did not violate any community guidelines despite this being my page being stolen
