How long for TikTok to review an appeal?

I posted a morning routine the other day and it got flagged for drugs/alcohol (??) and was not eligible for the FYP. I appealed but haven’t heard back yet, and it’s stuck at 70 views - however my loyal followers have liked and commented quite a bit so I’m hesitant to delete and repost. Is that my best bet? Will it even be shown on the FYP after the appeal is approved?
