App opening itself

I do not have any notifications enabled for tiktok but recently it's started opening ITSELF whenever I get a message or a comment interaction. Literally forcing me out of whatever app I'm currently using. This is not only annoying but kind of concerning that it's seemingly overriding my controls? Anyone else dealing with this?
