App Crashing and Saying My Account Doesn't Exist

The app was working fine earlier today and all of a sudden it crashed. No matter how many times I try to open the app it crashes. I asked my friend if her app is working and it is! She has an iPhone while I have a Samsung. I tried to login into my account online and the website is saying my account doesn't exist!?
