Just appeal it. It happened to me 2 months ago and I was given it back the next day

Same thing happened with me, won’t let me sign or log in. Every ~5 seconds it will give me a notification saying I was permanently banned, and brings me to the fyp. Edit: went onto another account and turns out I am actually perm banned. Either tiktok released some sort of ban wave or I for some reason did something wrong. RIP my innocent 4 year old account :(
