If Elon bought TikTok, there would be absolutely no doubt at all. There would have been news everywhere.
A transaction like that, especially involving a company as big as TikTok and its recent national security scrutiny, would involve regulatory disclosure requirements and oversight from bodies like the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).
