TikTok gives you strikes over the dumbest things. I got one of those too. It’s ridiculous

I’m one strike away from losing my whole 4 year account, and I never even had a warning before. I submitted an appeal last Sunday and have yet to hear back. I’m over TT. I’m stuck down a low effort booktok rabbit hole, and no matter how many times I reset my algorithm it always goes back.

Tiktok has been doing this lately since it came back up from the "ban." I commented something on a video that was very obviously being transphobic. I think I commented something along the lines of "this is transphobic." and it was flagged. There was another video I've seen where someone posted their reported comments all of them basically if you include "lgbt" in any form it gets flagged and taken down. But hateful videos can stay up and don't "violate guidelines"

yeah you seemingly can't insult someone anymore without getting a warning. i get trying to crack down on harassment, but censoring arguments instead of the slurs i see on a daily basis is really missing the mark.

I put up a post recently that was a response to someone obviously getting trolled for fun “don’t engage with that dingus.” And it got taken down for hate speech.

i've come into this a lot. any time you mention someone's level of "education" or lack thereof, tiktok assumes you're calling them mentally slow or something similar so it auto deletes it. you have to word it in ways that isn't blatant. like saying "i hope you're able to receive an education" or something.

Why the F do you use TT? Delete the mfer
