I have a habit of buying TikTok coins and using them to send gifts to TikTok creators that create and post content that I appreciate. These gifts run from virtual roses (1 cent USD) to other more extravagant virtual gifts (many hundreds of USD).

My question is do the TikTok performers receive any portion of this gift or do they receive anything at all of value?
