Notifications

Hi. I'm wondering if its possible to turn on JUST one persons post notification without getting hundreds of others?

I have mine set to just people I'm following but I still get all the notifs when they go live. I don't want to turn it off completely and miss a notif I want... do I need to turn off post notifs for EVERY profile I follow except the ones I want or is there a way to get what I want easier?

If not, this sucks. Why would they design it like this? I'd rather turn on notifs for all accounts than have to turn them off automatically.
