Double Audio Bug When Watching

Had this issue a while back and everybody else who had this issue kept saying to turn off my microphone in settings, but I never had it on in the first place.

Tried reinstalling, signing out and back in, clearing cache/data. Still got it. Not every single video has this, but a lot do. (Video to show what I'm talking about)
