How to stop notifications for responses to reponses?

For some reason, I recently started getting a notification every time someone responds to someone else under one of my comments. I'm getting really f*cking tired of getting pinged a thousand times every time two as*holes decide to throw a tantrum under my comment.

Any way to turn this off? Checked the "Notifications" tab in the settings, but nothing seemed to do it.
