Tiktok sleep timer on even when it says it's turned off??

Hello all! I was just wondering if anyone else was having this problem and if there's a way to stop it. I have the screen time sleep hours thing turned off but it keeps giving me the notifications and interrupting videos which is getting really annoying. I looked it up and got nothing.
