What is with all the Jesus bot comments

It is probably bots, but Christians do spend their time trawling through social media commenting on posts with stuff like this. They are jerking off more than anything. They don't really care what the reader thinks, it just makes them feel good to pontificate.

We’re living in the end times. So people are trying to spread the word of God. Would be better if it was genuine.
