Why is it hard to get likes?
I feel I get to a certain number of likes (30), then no more. I get roughly 300 views.

That’s normal. One in ten people care.
Edit: in fact I’ve heard of entrepreneurial conventions teaching people that. 1 in ten like, 1 in a hundred (1/10/10) buy a product or help a monetized channel support itself
