How do I sell my account?

My Tik tok has 17.1K genuine homegrown followers. I have loved posting and seeing how good I could do but I recently started a new job and I need gas $ to get to and from work. My page has creator marketplace access and has monetization on videos over 1 minute long. I just don't know how to go about selling it or if there even is a place to do that. Any advice would be appreciated.
