Does Support actually respond?

Been trying since first thing when I woke up on Sunday to get my hacked account back. No response at all from TikTok or their Support account on Twitter/X? Just want my account back…I miss watching videos from the accounts I follow.

No at best they tell u to switch btw WiFi and Mobile data, clear cache or update everything which of course no one has ever done before

Or the best I've gotten "please go on your profile, the 3 stripes then setting and privacy and report the problem" to the problem I am in fact reporting
