Over the last few days in video comment sections i notice every 3rd or 4th comment is something saying like “jesus died for your sins” or “christ is king” and i don’t have anything against religion and mentioning jt but it’s really starting to get annoying when i want to see more comments related to the video, anyone else noticed this?

The right is desperately trying to revive Christianity because they used the tea party successfully to subvert evangelical christians to their movement in the early aughties. Christianity has since taken a nosedive in popularity, and rightly so, as Jesus’ demonstrably socialist message was lost in translation while the right drummed up hate for gays and Muslims. They NEED the church to grow because that’s now their seat of power.
The “hegetsus” bullshit is right wing propaganda trying to soften their image. It’s funded by the same people at the heritage foundation.
Long story short- the right needs Christianity to keep their voters complacent in their suffering and agreeable to being cruel to others. So they are pushing the hell out of Christianity.
Our society is returning to normalcy after a failed 4 year experiment with wokeness. Embrace the religious comments. Jesus DID die for your sins, and you should be eternally grateful to him for it
Hopefully most are bots, but as someone who was raised in a religious cult there are definitely people who truly believe it.. they think they’re doing gods work by saving souls.. it’s absolutely ridiculous.

It's annoying AF each time I see it. I just ignore them and comment whatever I was going to originally comment. Giving them any attention about it is what they want (the bots and people behind it alike)
