Tiktok analytics inaccurate? no
Why does it say 78 percent of video was watched but the graph shows under 10 percent by 40 percent through the video? Which is innacurate?

This looks like the average time watched. It could mean a few things.
For example 51% of your watchers watched 0 seconds, and the other 49% watched the entire thing. (Bad math, same concept)
It could also mean that of the people who actually watched the video by whatever metric they chose (say 5 seconds or more for discussion) they got through about 75% of it. This looks like the case for that chart perhaps. There's quite a few ways to splice it. Unfortunately they aren't specific.
