What is Bofem?

I was on another subreddit showing that Kori King from Rupaul's dragrace was #1 on cameo and someone named Bofem who was a tiktoker was # 3. I was curious to look but I don't have TikTok.... so I looked on Instagram. I don't want to offend in anyway...but what is this? What's the appeal? Why is he popular?
