does friends only videos count as views?

im trying to get to the creator fund (currently have 8k followers) and have over 400k+ views monthly, but recently, the views dropped bc my viral videos are dying down. and im worried that by the time i hit 10k, i will no longer get 100k views per month.

i have been making story times videos only available to my friends (don’t want my ex bf to watch them) so im wondering if those videos count towards the creator fund program acceptance thingy
