tiktok region problem

my tiktok region is set to the netherlands for some reason and im unable to change it to australia. the option isn’t there and only slow a limited number of countries.

i have a second account, all the regions show up so idk what the problem is.

i want to change my region to australia (aka my home country) so i can use the group chat option with my friends.

does anyone know how to fix it or who i can contact for customer support?? thanks
