TikTok girls approach me (m)30

So today I got followed by some girls from inside a cvs. I don’t know what they wanted but they approached me by the registers at first and only heard lite giggling as they walked in. I was talking to the cashier on where I could find an item, so after my conversation with the cashier I head towards the back to go look for that item and by this time I’m in the back in one of the aisles and I hearing one of the girls come up to me asking if I wanted to be in their TikTok video. Me politely declining and went on my very way but they were kind of sad well one was the others I didn’t really pay much attention too lol but I kept my word and said “sorry again but no thanks” and walked away, so yeah..it just left me questioning why me lol. Is there a new trend going on? Just curious.
