Question about views.

I posted the same video twice yesterday, by accident. One on my main account, one on a brand new account i made for something else. Same video, same hashtags, everything.

After one day, the video on my main account had 150 views.

....the other account had 2.500 views. How?

Do new accounts get boosted to give you false hope of success or something?
