tt shop came from 3rd party seller?

sooo i ordered a phone case on tt shop because i had a credit from a cakes order, and despite it having a unique usps tracking number that says its in minnesota in a usps facility(updated this morning), it arrived the day after i ordered it in an amazon pharmacy package.

is there a way to report this? not sure im seeking a resolution, i just think its very weird, not to mention unnerving as i provided my address to a tiktok shop verified seller, and it showed up from a completely different place.
