Where To Upload Edits? PC or Phone?

Hey all I was just wondering where should I upload my edits from my computer so it won't loose it's quality? Because I think I've been having issues withh edits compressing when I transfer them to my phone.

What do you guys do?

i personally upload from my pc, but u can also do the same thing from mobile by using onedrive so u can actually download the original file from the app
