Honestly don’t really use too often. I have the app on my iPad and like to browse occasionally. Anyways, this message popped up when I opened the app and just seems odd?

I'd say they're saying "do you want to be unoriginal and make the same type of video you just saw?" Granted it's more likely to get you a ton of views more than an original (I post what I like, photography, and I'm stuck in the 200/300 views "jail"), all depends on what you want, views for the sake of views or post something you like?
