weird child exploitation

my friend was doom scrolling last night when she came across this. it’s a landscaping account that makes his little daughters go live and show their feet??? they apparently have youtube channels but i couldn’t find anything. i was hoping me posting this here would get some sleuths on the case to make this freak of a dad stop. there’s the one in the video posted and a smaller one (i think she’s like 3) that both go on live and he makes them sit there and stare at the camera for god knows what.
his own account doesnt have that many followers so the live numbers are fucking scary. let me know what yall find. can we take this creep down?
