How do I get more American/British Viewers/Followers

I live in Ireland and have recently noticed most of my viewers are from Bangladesh,Nepal and Pakistan (I have nothing against people from these countries I am just wanting what would be best for monetisation). I live in Ireland and make comedic videos of my dog and don’t use any #’s that would make people from these countries be the majority of my viewers. Is there any way of changing this? I’m not sure if i can say my username in this post so I’ll say it in the comments
