I'm autistic and someone in the autism support subreddit once posted a screenshot showing they got banned from tiktok for asking someone else if they're autistic, too. Literally "Are you autistic?" -banned-

The app is garbage but people will still use it to consume their daily dose of brainrot.

I saw the guy say in a comment that the video was taken down and he appealed and it was put back up. Their moderation makes absolutely no sense anymore.

This was pretty wild.

For context this dudes video is of a sold hoarder house, with a rotting skeleton in it, not gorey but like, an obvious skull and bones. Definitely real from what I can tell, and he just points it out.

Yep. I got a comment removed for violating guidelines on a repost I made of men groping statues of women. All I said was “Garbage human beings.” Meanwhile, not a single thing I’ve ever reported, ranging from hate speech to legitimate threats of violence to people explicitly promoting how to survive symptoms of starvation and continue intense exercise during a “prolonged fast” to “look snatched”, has ever been found to be in violation. Time to delete my account and uninstall.

I saw that video and it’s actually so disturbing that they would post that. That is someone’s family. And WHY would someone post a dead body that’s just so weird.

This new era of social media where megacorporations don’t hold people accountable for their words or actions is… something. While hypocritically silencing valid criticism of the most egregious offenders of said bad words/actions, of course. It’s in line with Trump’s American regime and here we are with basically no power in this system. Thanks for reporting anyway.
