Why can't I stream on Tiktok live anymore

I am an artist, I use StreamElements to stream to TikTok inaddition to Twitch and Picarto. Generally Tiktok is the most I get in viewers.

Last week I was able to stream, this week I couldn't and it needed me to resubmit a request to use live?

It claimed I had could have been disconnected or rejected? Don't rember exact terms.

Can someone explain this?

I check the email I use and messages and nothing was mentioned from Tiktok so I am in the dark here.
