Sorry idk if this belongs here😭 but bookmarks aren't working for me

its been like a few days, and when I hit like the bookmark icon, it used to say "Manage" at the bottom so you could at it to a certain like list thing of vids (idk what its called) and its not popping up anymore so I can't save them to specific list things, I've js been saving them to google docs until it hopefully starts working soon- (I'm on a chrome laptop btw) Any fix or is anyone else having the same issue?
