Tiktok hasn't responded to my report. Do I wait?

Someone is stealing my content and posting it under the same name. I sent all the evidence to Tiktok with my ID and everything. It's been a week, and they're still posting my content. It's every single video of mine. Is this a normal timeframe?

I filed a copyright infringement form.
