Streamer ONLY accounts, new META?

I saw an interesting Tweet today where a pretty large creator was showing his impressive growth on a new TikTok account he’d made that was his ‘stream only’ account.

This is all the info I have, I have commented on the original tweet asking him to elaborate but given his popularity I wouldn’t be surprised if I get aired.

Looking at the account all the videos are clips from his vertical stream, rather than anything scripted or ‘high production value’. So I wonder whether this is a new META? Maybe posting that type of content boosts your TikTok live in the algorithm? I always see accounts with 100k+ followers and like 10 viewers, and then accounts with 5k followers and like 300 viewers. Make it make sense haha.
