What on earth does this mean and what is the supposed maximum length
My Tiktok has been muted because it's apparently too long with a certain audio and I'm confused why because its only 75 seconds long.

No, no, your TikTok is not muted. It is the audio in one of the videos that you have posted that has been muted for having too much length. Shorten the audio track in the video (Silence clipping, speed-ups, tactical vocals compression etc.) & re-transcode/save.
Shaving, trimming & quelling your length So that TikTok can/will accept your length.
