What do I do?

I was making a new account to add to my phone. I accidentally pressed continue when setting up my birthday/birth year(I think the year was on 2015). I couldn’t go back to change it so I continued and then it put me on an alternate, kid-safe version of the app. I logged out and logged back into my main only to find out my device is now permanently set with that birth date. I can’t create new accounts that do not connect to the kid-safe version. This is extremely frustrating as the app did not allow me to fix my mistake(a mistake I bet is pretty common) what do I do to create a new account?
